Together with Christians Practicing Yoga (CYP) Jennifer from Mending Nets will be offering an online yoga class that focuses on slowing things down and finding new connections to the body. Class will begin by inviting gentle movement to ground and align the body. Then we will move into a traditional restorative class to nurture and heal the body, mind, and soul. Our time together will end with a guided mediation.

Please join Brianne Nicole Yoga and Mending Nets Ministries for our Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Sanctuary event on Saturday, February 13th 11:30-2:30p

We will be discussing how hardships in life and trauma affect the mind and body.

Jennifer, trauma expert, and Brianne, experienced yoga teacher, and trauma survivor, will bring you on a journey toward building a new relationship with your mind and body.

Trauma is an all-encompassing term that houses:

Living in a Pandemic

Anxiety

Stress

Panic Attacks

Job Loss

Family Trouble

Loss of a Relationship

Being Bullied

Divorce

All of these and more DO effect our day to day living.

After a trauma, you begin to lose the relationship with yourself. Using a trauma-sensitive yoga practice, you can begin to move and breathe into your new self.

Begin to see your new self as strong, brave, and capable!

The Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Sanctuary is set up to be a safe place. There will be no judgment. Everyone is welcome.
